Stoes Hotel is named after the stone-made arches ('stoes' in the local dialect) which are a characteristic element of the architecture preserved not only inside the houses, but also in all the alleys of the village.
All the Traditional Suites of Stoes Hotel are recently renovated according to the supervision of the Directorate of Byzantine Antiquities, with absolute respect of the special architecture of the castle of Mesta. Arches and niches in the walls made of stone are well preserved in the reception area of the hotel, which is staffed 24/7, showing a characteristic part of the local building architecture.
